During this time of being uemployed and coming from such a well paying job; I've come to realize the things I dislike when it comes to a job. Yes I was at a well paying job, at a big company. But I wasn't happy with my work career at the time. What I didn't no at that time was a lot. Over time I have learned what I need in order to feel fulfilled in my next job.
- I don't really love a 9-5 job. : having a unique time schedule would work for me
- Working in smaller firm that allows a lot of hands on experience and room for growth is important
- Being in a creative envrionment
- Being allowed to be creative
- A place that wants to teach someone how to be the best: Not a place that wants the best already (or what they think is the best based on the resume)
- A place that is fun
- Laid back environment
- A company that honors and holds it employees to a high standard. Making a fun and enjoyable work place. A place that rewards their employees and takes pride in them honestly by showing it
- Where I have a diverse list of responsibilities. - nothing is ever the same
- very small traveling
